Outreach sessions

We currently run outreach sessions but these tend to be in conjunction with specific organisations.

If you are a member of a community group or Housing Provider please check with them for further details, or contact us directly.

Group Sessions

We currently run Group Training sessions for both customers and Front Line Staff.

These can be held at any location suitable for the trainees.  For example Children’s Centres, Community Centres, Housing Providers.

One to one appointments

We offer one to one support through confidential appointments. This is a customised approach to your individual needs and requirements.

We can offer appointments at any of the Citizen Advice offices:

•    Hanley
•    Biddulph
•    Kidsgrove
•    Newcastle-under-Lyme.

We also offer Home Visits for customers who have mobility problems, health issues preventing them from getting into the office or for financial reasons.  This is discussed on an individual basis.
